The temperature of the water is adjusted to the season and your wishes. In winter we heat the water for you to a pleasant 39-40 degrees, in summer to a cooling 25-30 degrees. During the trip you have the opportunity to readjust the temperature with the help of an underwater oven.

Yes! After each trip, the water is pumped out, the boat is completely disinfected and new fresh water is filled into the pool for the next trip.

There is no such thing as 'bad weather' for our steamers. In rain, snow and blazing sun, the entire pool of the bathing steamer can optionally be covered.

For our Dampfers there is basically no 'bad weather'. In case of rain, snow and blazing sun, the entire pool of the Badedampfer can be optionally covered.

Do the steamers run all year round? (Do the steamer sail at any time of the year?)

Accepted Answer

Yes! With the bathing steamer, the water temperature is adjusted to the outside temperature. The water is pleasantly cool in summer and cozy and warm in winter. You can find more about this under the tab 'The Badedampfer'.You can also rent the sauna steamer all year round!

With the exception of water, it is not permitted to bring your own drinks.We have chilled drinks for sale on site. You can find our drinks menu above under the 'drinks menu' tab.

You are welcome to bring small snacks with you. Alternatively, you can also order finger food platters from us via email in advance. These are then prepared by the restaurant ship "Klipper". They amount to €15 p.p. and you have the choice between a vegetarian plate, one with fish, one with meat or a mix of all.

If you spontaneously come with more people than originally booked, that's no problem. Simply send us an email and we will settle the remaining amount on site.

We'd love to, subject to availability! For each additional hour we charge you 75€. Please send us an email about this. Should you super-spontaneously want to go longer when you are with us on site or on the boat, we will be happy to make this possible for you, depending on availability!

Your children can be brought on board from the age of 6. Like adults, they count as a full person and must be taken into account in the booking.
